Services

We provide business automation services, including WhatsApp messaging automation, workflow automation, and related integrations. Services are delivered under a separate written or verbal agreement with each client.

Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• The accuracy of any business information, phone numbers, or documents you provide to us
• Obtaining consent from your customers before we send messages on your behalf
• Complying with WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and all applicable laws
• Maintaining ownership of your Meta Business account, WhatsApp Business Account, and associated billing

We act as a technology provider operating your messaging account with your permission. You remain the owner of your account and your customer data.

Prohibited Use

You may not use our services to send spam, unsolicited marketing to people who have not opted in, misleading content, or anything prohibited by Meta's policies. We may suspend service immediately if we become aware of such use.

Fees

Fees are as agreed at the time of engagement. Charges levied directly by Meta for message delivery are billed to your own account and are separate from our fees.

Liability

We provide services on a best-effort basis. We are not liable for message delivery failures, platform outages, policy changes by Meta, or account restrictions imposed by third parties. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding month.

Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. On termination, we remove our access to your accounts. You retain your number, your account, and your data.
